Custom brass instrument manifold blocks consolidate the gauge, transmitter, and isolation valve connections needed for differential pressure measurement, flow measurement, and process variable monitoring into a compact, leak-minimized assembly. Common applications include differential-pressure flow measurement (orifice plate, venturi, flow nozzle), differential-pressure level measurement (DP cells, displacers), and gauge protection / isolation manifolds at pressure transmitter installations. We produce 2-valve, 3-valve, and 5-valve manifold configurations to your specification: 2-valve manifolds for simple isolate-and-vent applications, 3-valve manifolds for differential-pressure transmitter isolation with bypass (allowing transmitter zero check without process upset), and 5-valve manifolds for differential-pressure applications requiring equalization, isolation, and bypass functions in a single block.
Standard alloy is C36000 brass for general process service; C37700 forged brass for higher-pressure applications; 316 stainless variants for corrosive service. The block envelope is sized to customer specification, typically 100mm × 60mm × 40mm for standard 3-valve manifolds. Pressure ratings are 6,000 PSI working pressure standard, with 10,000 PSI variants available on tooling order.
We comply with ASME B40.100 dimensional standards for gauge connection geometry, and IEC 61518 dimensional standards for transmitter flange interfaces (allowing direct flange-mount of major transmitter brands: Rosemount, Yokogawa, ABB, Endress+Hauser, Honeywell). Valve seats are PTFE for chemical resistance, with PEEK and metal-to-metal variants available for high-temperature service. MOQ 50 pieces per design; lead time 8-12 weeks including tooling.
