From your CAD file or sample part, we engineer, tool, validate, and manufacture precision brass and metal components under our ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 quality systems.

How It Works

  • Submit Your RFQInclude your 2D drawing, 3D STEP/IGES file, or physical sample. Specify alloy, tolerances, finish, and standards compliance required.
  • Engineering Review (3–5 days)Our engineers review for manufacturability, recommend alloy and process, and identify any DFM improvements.
  • QuotationYou receive EXW Jamnagar pricing, tooling cost (amortized option available), lead time, and PPAP scope (if automotive).
  • Tooling & Samples (4–10 weeks)Tooling fabricated in-house. First article samples produced and dimensional report provided for your approval.
  • PPAP & Production (if automotive)Full PPAP documentation package submitted for your approval before serial production.
  • Serial ProductionProduction under SPC monitoring, with COC and MTR documentation on every lot.
