The automotive-specific quality management standard required by Tier 1 OEMs globally (Ford, GM, Stellantis, BMW, VW supply chains). Meridian’s IATF 16949 certification means our supplied parts meet PPAP requirements.
NSF 61 / NSF 372
Active NSF 61 (health effects) and NSF 372 (lead-free u22640.25% weighted average) certifications for the C27450 alloy plumbing fittings produced at Meridian. Third-party certified u2014 not self-declaration. Compliant with California AB 1953 and all US state lead-in-plumbing laws.
100% EOU
Meridian holds 100% Export Oriented Unit certification from the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. This designation confirms the facility meets export quality and documentation standards.
RoHS / REACH
All products manufactured at Meridian comply with EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 3) restricting hazardous substances, and EU REACH Regulation 1907/2006. Substance disclosure and declarations available on request.
In-House QC Lab
Meridian’s Jamnagar quality laboratory is equipped with Spectro optical emission spectrometer (alloy verification on every heat), Keyence Vision Measuring Machine, Rockwell hardness tester, universal tensile tester, and pressure/leak test bench.

Incoming Material
Every raw material lot spectrometer-tested before acceptance. Lot traceability tags applied at receipt.
In-Process Control
SPC charts on critical dimensions. First article at every setup change.
Dimensional Inspection
Keyence VMM for precision measurement. Go/no-go gauges on the floor. Cpk u22651.67.
Plating Verification
XRF plating thickness. Hull cell testing daily. ASTM B571 adhesion.
Pressure & Leak Test
100% pressure test on valves and high-pressure fittings.
Final Inspection & COC
AQL sampling per ANSI/ASQ Z1.4. COC + MTR with every shipment.
