Instrument Tube Fittings — Swagelok-Compatible

Instrument tube fittings — generically referenced as Swagelok-compatible — provide the leak-tight gland-and-ferrule mechanical connections used throughout instrument piping, gas chromatography, process sampling, and ultra-high-purity gas distribution systems where threaded connections are unacceptable due to thread leak paths or process contamination concerns. Our instrument tube fittings use the same twin-ferrule (front ferrule, back ferrule, nut, body) geometry pioneered and dimensionally standardized by Swagelok — meaning our fittings interchange with Swagelok parts in the field for service, replacement, and mixed-supplier installations. The body and ferrules are CNC-machined from C36000 free-machining brass to dimensional tolerances within Swagelok's published interchange envelope; stainless steel ferrules (316SS) are available where mixed-material installations require it. Tube sizes are 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", and 3/4" OD in fractional, and 6mm through 20mm in metric — with 1/4" and 6mm being the highest-volume instrument industry sizes. Working pressure at 70°F is 5,000 PSI for 1/4" reducing to 2,500 PSI for 3/4" sizes — derating with temperature is provided per ASTM B16 specifications. The complete geometry range includes straight unions, reducing unions, tees, crosses, 45° and 90° elbows, port connectors (tube-to-NPT), bulkhead fittings, and tube-to-male/female pipe adapters. Production lots ship with full alloy traceability and Material Test Reports per EN 10204 3.1 standard. Helium leak testing per project specification (typical specification is 1×10⁻⁹ scc/sec) is available for ultra-high-purity applications. MOQ 500 pieces per size/geometry; lead time 4-8 weeks.
