Engineering Review (3–5 days)Our engineers review for manufacturability, recommend alloy and process, and identify any DFM improvements.
QuotationYou receive EXW Jamnagar pricing, tooling cost (amortized option available), lead time, and PPAP scope (if automotive).
Tooling & Samples (4–10 weeks)Tooling fabricated in-house. First article samples produced and dimensional report provided for your approval.
PPAP & Production (if automotive)Full PPAP documentation package submitted for your approval before serial production.
Serial ProductionProduction under SPC monitoring, with COC and MTR documentation on every lot.
