Custom CNC-machined brass manifold blocks consolidate multiple hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, or instrument connections into a single component — reducing assembly time, eliminating leak points, and improving the packaging density of complex fluid-handling systems. Common applications include automotive fuel-injection manifolds, hydraulic distribution blocks for off-highway equipment, gauge-isolation manifolds for instrumentation, and pneumatic logic blocks for industrial automation. Our manifold blocks are produced engineered-to-print: starting from your 2D drawing or 3D CAD file (STEP, IGES, Parasolid X_T, SAT) and routed through full PPAP Level 3 documentation when required for IATF 16949 applications. Standard alloy is C36000 brass (free-machining, suitable for most service pressures), with C37700 forged brass available for blocks requiring higher fatigue resistance, and C26000 cartridge brass for blocks requiring electrical conductivity (used in some battery-management applications). The maximum envelope we routinely machine is 300mm × 150mm × 75mm; larger blocks possible with discussion. Internal porting includes straight-through bores, cross-drilled intersections, O-ring boss seats, ball-poppet check valve cavities, and threaded ports in NPT, BSP (parallel and tapered), Metric, UN/UNF, JIC (37° flare), and SAE O-ring boss (ORB). Pressure validation per design — we routinely produce blocks rated for 1,000 PSI, 3,000 PSI, and 5,000 PSI operating envelopes, with helium leak-testing applied to every individual block when specified. MOQ for prototypes is 5-10 pieces; production MOQ typically 100-500 pieces depending on complexity. Lead time 10-16 weeks including new tooling and PPAP submission for IATF customers.
